Juan A. Sagastume
Owner and President of CAS Property Services 
Juan started CAS in 2000 after several years of working for other large national landscaping companies as a result of seeing minimal attention to detail and less that stellar client satisfaction. Juan oversees all aspects of the business in a “hands on” fashion.  He is actively involved in all of CAS Services and ensures that the company continues to provide unsurpassed client satisfaction and has developed relationships with most of our clients. As an Arborist, CAS Tree Services is one of his many areas of expertise.  He is often seen on job sites and actively helping the crews when needed.
Francisco Sagastume
Vice President of CAS Property Services 
Francisco joined CAS in June 2012 and oversees the operations, training and production of our field crews.  His 20+ years in the hospitality industry managing a staff of 100+ employees, quality control and budgeting has been an asset to the company. You will see Franciso frequently on job sites with the crews ensuring that safety, procedures and jobs are performed to the high quality standards of CAS.  His experience in Five Star establishments has given him the skills needed to provide high quality customer service to all of our clients.
Annmarie Streff
Account Manager/Marketing Manager Annmarie has over 20 years experience working for large companies such as Verizon Wireless and CSC.  Her corporate experience and knowledge has been implemented in several areas at CAS, including the acquisition and management of new accounts, proposal responses, creation of marketing branding, website and brochure. She also plays a large role in streamlining office procedures and increasing office efficiencies.  Annmarie is usually your first point of contact for property specific requirements. She is detailed oriented and will ensure that all your needs are met timely and accurately to get the job done quickly.  Outside of the office Annmarie enjoys cooking, fine dining, and time training and the outdoors with her dog.
Nelson Diaz
Field Supervisor
-Grounds Maintenance A veteran to the industry, Nelson has almost 20 years experience and started as a member of a mowing crew. He is responsible for the scheduling for the commercial and residential grounds maintenance crew and oversees the job sites personally. As the on site manger, Nelson is the projects point of contact to address any issues or concerns you may have. A final walk through is completed to make sure the job is complete and with the quality required from CAS Landscape and Maintenance. In addition to site scheduling and oversight, Nelson is the team instructor and trainer. Before any crew is dispatched, Nelson makes sure all members have had the necessary knowledge for safe equipment use and appropriate etiquette for client interaction.
Jason Trott
Field Supervisor-Landscape Enhancements Jason comes to CAS from many other client facing industries. Jason’s focus as a crew leader is  to meet with clients to identify areas where CAS Design Services  are requested. His focus is on addressing areas of concern and also taking a proactive approach and providing suggestions to clients for overall improvements of community appearance. As a results driven, hands on field person, Jason is a great asset to the team.
Kimberly Molina
Office Manager
Kimberly is the “go to” person for all functions necessary to run the office.  She handles everything from scheduling of appointments, customer inquiries, account satisfaction, proposal development and all other office related tasks.  She is the person behind the voice when you call into the CAS Property Services office.  She is also studying to obtain her degree in Business Administration.
Rosemary Henriquez
Assistant Office Manager Rosemary came to CAS from the retail industry. Her experience in a high demand client facing industry has taught her the skills and knowledge for providing great customer service. When you call the CAS office, Rosemary is the primary happy and friendly voice behind the phone. Her experience in operations, finance and marketing makes her a great addition to the team and our office staff.  When not at the office Rosemary enjoys spending time with her two children and outdoor activities.
